Granite Dells Trail

This area is full of these"dells".  Huge granite boulders over a billion years old, and weathered and cracked into unusual rounded shapes.  While painting I have seen wild javalinas, deer, eagles, hawks and ravens.  A wonderful place to try and capture in paint.  Plein Air Painting. Oil on canvas board. 9.5x13"

Guadalupe Church-1

This is a little church in Guadalupe Arizona.  I visited it this last year and found the town nearly destitute, the effects of Arizona's infamous SB1070 clearly evident in the deserted schools, shops, restaurants and streets.

Plein Air Painting

One of my favorite spots to paint outside.... still haven't gotten an acceptable painting yet.
