Mountain Sunset Study
I am painting in oils every day now, trying to get the hang of it after years with watercolor. This piece is 8"x11" on board. It is the mountains to the north of I 84 on the way into Boise Idaho.

In Memory of Margie Milas
This quotation is from a wonderful woman who among other achievements, helped make Olin College of Engineering a reality. These gentle, pithy words were the inspiration for the building of Olin. Mrs. Margie Milas just passed away, and the world will miss her presence. Our sympathy goes out to Larry, her husband (Olin's Founding Chairman of the Board of Trustees), their three children, and their grandchildren.
